Guardian helped design and build this new cleanroom for Penn State Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center. The installation of glass walls gives the appearance of openness and allows for better visibility, as well as ease of cleanability. Hands-free sink and door operation reduce surface contamination.

St. Francis turned to Guardian to help remodel their entire pharmacy. Not only did we design the layout, but we also supplied all the glass walls, compounding hoods, casework, and storage racks. Working with their architect and engineer, we were able to provide a fantastic updated space for the pharmacy that meets all their needs.

This is one of four Jefferson pharmacies within the last two years built by Guardian Medical Systems. Of these four, this is one of the two that were built during the pandemic. There were many new (COVID-19) challenges the team encountered and so many creative solutions implemented to successfully complete the project. All documented into our Lean principles of continuous improvement, respect for people, and a relentless focus on delivering customer value.

Guardian Medical completes another state-of-the-art Jefferson Health Pharmacy Cleanroom in the new Cherry Hill Pavilion. This is one of four Jefferson pharmacies within the last two years built by Guardian Medical Systems. Our part in this project took place entirely during the COVID-19 crisis. Following all safety guidelines, the project was completed on-time.

Guardian was called on to assist in the relocation and design of Magee Rehabilitation Hospital's central inpatient pharmacy, which included a fully functioning USP-approved cleanroom. Modular pharmacy-specific casework combined with medication-specific storage solutions all helped lead to a highly efficient specialty rehabilitation pharmacy.
