The Jefferson Specialty Pharmacy and Jefferson Home Infusion Service is one of the region's largest specialty pharmacies. This new facility offers services to patients who rely on Jefferson for safe and high-quality in-home infusion treatment and those who need specialty medications. Featuring three different kinds of casework, multiple levels of cleanrooms, and a conveyor system to increase efficiencies, this new facility is nothing short of spectacular.

When Jefferson decided to add a Retail Pharmacy to their Navy Yard outpatient location, they turned to Guardian to design and outfit the space. We worked hand-in-hand with their pharmacy department to make sure they had everything they needed, while also supplying a high-end, clean look to appeal to their customers.

The pharmacy project at Christiana Care Wilmington Hospital features over 184 linear feet of counter space with an open design allowing for great visibility. Open back panels on the island and peninsula allow for sightlines across the entire space with no reduction in storage. Fully adjustable angled shelves allow for easy access to medication storage bins.

Fully adjustable angled shelves allow for easy access to medication storage bins. The two-tiered islands provide both standing and seated work surfaces while allowing ease of movement throughout the pharmacy.
